I'm BAAACK

What the heck happened to my blogging motivation? My last post was in, what, August? Yikes. Well, the blog's had a face lift and I'm back and ready to wow you all with my blogging skills. I have decided to start printing my posts into books and using it for family history. Modern journal writing, right? So these will probably be more frequent. Lucky you ;)

Life has changed a lot for us in the last 6+ months. The biggest change being that we moved and the most exciting change being....wait for it....I get to to stay home! That's right my friends, I am a stay at home mommy! I loved my job with SkyWest. LOVED IT. I just love Kennedy more. When I got an offer to work from home managing an apartment complex, I took it. It was perfect timing too. Kennedy is in such a funny stage and I don't have to miss any of it. It's been an adjustment juggling full-time mom and full-time work, but my days are happy.

Kennedy is growing fast. When we took her to her last doctors appointment she was 93% for height and 33% weight. They say she looks like me, but those are Travis stats for sure. Her favorite things include her Bubby (blanket), books, ducks, puppies and treats (that's the me in her). She knows her letters and can count to 13 (always skips 5 though) and she get's more opinionated everyday. I don't know where her personality came from. She is her own funny little person. Last week at the library I turned my back for two seconds only to find her on the next isle snuggling up on another moms lap with a book. When I tried to pick her up she threw a fit. After the fit she ran away giggling. It was so funny I couldn't even get mad. Oh, that child. She calls me Mommea and it melts my heart. I hope she never grows out of it. Just recently she started calling Travis by his first name. It's pretty cute but she can't quite figure out how to sound the T or the V so it sounds like Crapis. Haha! Guess who has a new knick name at our house?? Oh man, I hope she never grows out of that either.

As for Crapis, he started his first pharmacy rotation today! Which means only one year to go. Light at the end of the tunnel, here we come! I knew it was getting to his head when he asked me if he could put "RXDOC" on his license plate and name his future boat "Drug Money". Um, No. Love you though.

Whew, well that's the skimmed version of what's been going on in our lives. I promise there will be pictures with the next post.
