My sister turned me on to coupon-ing a few years ago and this website teaches you everything you need to know. By coupling coupons with sales, you can get great deals. Even FREE items! The site puts out weekly lists of all the sales at each grocery store, then rates the sale price of each item. Even if you don't use coupons, it comes in handy to know what the best deals are for produce and things. I plan my meals around what is on sale and we have been able to save a lot. It's a little hard to navigate at first (the website, I mean) but it's such a money saver once you get the hang of it. The sight also shares other online deals (kindof like bradsdeals.com) and there are tons of opportunities to get free stuff. I know we could all use a little slack in the money department these days so check it out.
