Life is moving right along. And at the speed it's going, I'll be an old women before I know it. Kennedy is 4 months old now (Where did the last four months go??) and she is becoming a little person. She has figured out how to use her hands and is always grabbing my hair. (I'm starting to get why short hair is also called "mom hair"...smart moms). She has also figured out how her voice works and she practices all day. When I put her down at night she'll talk her self to sleep, and when she wakes up in the morning she'll start right back up again. It's adorable. She also LOVES to be sang to. It's a sure way to get her to smile. I gave up on remembering lullabies so her favorite songs are 'Party in the USA' by Miley Cirus, 'Hey Jude' by The Beatles, 'Soul Sister' by Train and any other song that gets stuck in my head. :)
I can't say that it seems like yesterday that she was born, because it feels like she has been a part of my life forever. But I swear she is speeding up time. I guess it goes as the saying says, "time flies when you're having fun." It is fun. I don't think I have ever been happier. Last week Trav's little cousin asked if she could sit by "Kennedy's Mom" and I couldn't help but feel a little proud of my new title. I love being 'Kennedy's Mom'!
