And this is why I haven't posted in a long time.

I wanted to have something really interesting and exciting to write about before I made another post. But I just have to face the fact that we are kind of lame and our lives are really not that fascinating. To illustrate my point, here is a list of the top ten most exciting things that have happened to us in the last few weeks...

1.Travis took a test on Monday. And Wednesday. And Thursday and Friday. Oh, and he has one next Monday. Keep up the good work babe!

2. I stepped on a snail with my bare foot. Can you imagine?! It was dark and a complete accident I promise. Eww. It gives me the jeebies just thinking about it.

3. We watched the movie Stardust and actually liked it. Well, I really liked it. I don't think Trav would actually admit it...but I'm pretty sure he was diggin' it.

4. My closest friend from High School got married! Congrats Karen! That's awesome, right?! She looked AMAZING. And of course I was snap happy with my camera and took too many pictures.

Here's one of the girlies (plus Kyson!) at the luncheon...
And the happy couple!

5. We went to Sugarhouse park for a Sunday picnic!!! That was actually really fantastic. My sister came up from Provo with her roomie and we had chicken salad sandwiches on a big blue quilt. It was a good day.

6. Travis got his hair cut! (Thanks Asher :) It looks great!)

7. I went to Hires for the first time (Again, thank you Ash!). I'm officially addicted. It was sooooo good. I am drooling just thinking about it. Yup, I'm pretty sure I know where you can find me come Monday...8. Got to play with Maggie! (Asher gets a trophy for making 3 of our top ten possible).
We have frequent photo shoots on my couch whenever she comes to visit. Here's the latest pic. (Can you say "baby hungry"?)

9. Wow this is really getting hard....I don't think I have enough to make it to 10. I guess that's fitting... considering I am trying to make a point. Looking back though, I realize it's been a really great week. It wasn't anything spectacular...but I guess it doesn't need to be.
